Where to begin? Rachael and Matt had just the most jaw dropping wedding in Scottsdale, Arizona and flew me out to capture the whole thing! I am so grateful to not only be trusted to capture this special day for these deserving people, but also be able to call them friends!

I first met Rachel & Matt back in 2021 when I photographed their engagement photos! At the time Matt played on the Chicago Cubs so we took some stellar photos on Wrigley Field. At the end of their session we all KNEW we had a connection together and started talking about their wedding photography! I was SO happy when Rachel called me and officially asked me to be her wedding photographer!

Getting ready

Their wedding day started out so peaceful! We scheduled in lots of time for getting ready details, time to relax, and take all the photos they were hoping to see in their gallery!

The couple decided to exchange notes to each other after getting dressed to kick off their day. I cannot recommend this enough to couples getting married! It is such an intimate moment to share before even seeing each other!

First look & Photos

Rachael and Matt also had a first look together before the ceremony. This allowed them to spend even more time together on their wedding day rather than waiting to see each other at the altar and allowed them time to mingle with guests when they arrived.

Ceremony

Camelback mountain made for the most stunning natural ceremony backdrop! Their venue, Casa Paloma, has the best view that they didn’t need any other decorations other than a few candles for a romantic touch!

Reception

We finished the night with dinner and special dances underneath the moonlight! It was the perfect ending to a perfect day! Wedding day always goes by so fast it. It can feel fleeting. That’s why I take my job as seriously as I do, to help my couples and their loved ones re-live the day and all the emotions all over!
