This is your sign to book an after wedding couples shoot with your wedding photographer! Martha and David so badly wanted to incorporate a fun and light hearted location like the Color Factory Museum on their wedding day. Their wedding timeline had little room for this so we ended up booking an after wedding shoot together! This actually worked out for the best since the museum was SO fun it took us 2.5 hours to get through the whole thing. If you’ve planned a wedding in Chicago you know you don’t always get 3 uninterrupted hours to do something like this! Martha was also able to buy a new outfit for the shoot! She LOVED being able to dress up in something a bit more chic and causal for this interactive exhibit rather than being in her full wedding gown!

The museum had SO much to offer! From big floating balls to play with, to a drawing activity with head phones and music, even a ball pit to jump in at the end! We adored being immersed in the color and art that Color Factory Chicago had to offer!

Taking these post wedding photos was so fun! As a wedding photographer I don’t always get to spend time with my couples one-on-one during their wedding day. I rather them enjoy their favorite people who came to celebrate them on their big day. This couples shoot after Martha & David’s wedding really bonded us as friends!! I HIGHLY recommend booking either a post wedding couples photo shoot or anniversary photos with your photographer!!
