Logan and Molly surprised me when we met at Lincoln Park Board Walk for their engagement session. They told me that they actually went to the courthouse that morning and ELOPED!! I was so elated for them and so grateful to capture such a special day for them!!

We started out their photos with the goal of ‘fall engagement photos’ in mind. The trees were definitely on our side this day (if you live in Chicago you know it can be tricky timing fall foliage)!

Their love for each other was so palpable, made my job so easy! Then we did a quick outfit change back into their elopement attire before heading over to North Avenue beach!

North ave beach has the most STUNNING skyline of the city! And it was a pretty still day for the “windy city” so the lake looked like velvet or satin! It was so romantic and a perfect backdrop for their elopement photos!

I can’t get enough of these two and being able to celebrate such an intimate special day with them was a privileged. These are some of my favorite photos EVER!
